Fee Levels
Sales Partner — 5%
Lead generation and deal closing.
Account Partner — 10%
Sales + full client management until project delivery.
All percentages are calculated from the Net Project Budget (excluding VAT/taxes).

1. Model: Studio-Led (Studio as Contractor)
The Studio manages all production cycles and holds full legal responsibility.
— 10% Creative Fee (Creative Direction & Supervision)
— 10% / 5% Partner Fee
— 40% / 45% Production Budget (materials, engineering, installation)
Example (Budget 1,000,000 €): Partner receives 100k, Creative 100k, Production 400k, Studio Fund 400k.
2. Model: Partner-Led (Partner as Contractor)
For partners with their own production resources. The Studio acts as a creative and design bureau.
Studio Fee: 20% (covers design, technical drawings, and IP licensing).
80% of the Budget remains with the Partner for production costs and profit.

3. Long-term Maintenance & Joint Venture (JV)
We offer a recurring revenue model based on post-delivery maintenance (technical service, repairs, operation).
• (Client Annual Fee) — (Direct costs: parts, local labor) = Net Profit.
• 50/50 — net profit split between the Studio and the Partner.
Responsibilities:
— Studio: Engineering (SOP), supply of custom parts, remote monitoring, technical support.
— Partner: Contract administration, local site monitoring, communication with client’s technical teams.

4. Payment Principles
• Mirror Payments: Partner fees are paid within 3–5 business days after the Studio receives funds from the client.
• Upsell Protection: Partner commission applies to all budget expansions, additions, or follow-up orders within the project.
• Turnover-Based: Fees are calculated based on the total Net Budget, ensuring transparency regardless of production cost fluctuations.
